  (4) There shall be no less than 30 skilled workers at intermediate level or above who have passed the assessment or training.

  (5) The technical person in charge (or registered construction engineer) has presided over no less than 2 projects that have completed the requirements of Level 2 or above for this category of qualifications.

 Scope of contracted project

First-level qualifications can undertake the construction of various mechanical and electrical projects.

 Level 2 qualifications can undertake the construction of electromechanical projects with a single contract value of less than 30 million yuan.

Level 3 qualifications can undertake the construction of electromechanical projects with a single contract value of less than 15 million yuan.

  1. Mechanical and electrical engineering refers to mechanical and electrical installation projects that are not included in ports and waterways, water conservancy and hydropower, electric power, mining, metallurgy, petrochemical industry, communication engineering, machinery, electronics, light industry, textiles, aerospace, ships, weapons and other industrial projects.

  2. Professional titles related to mechanical and electrical engineering include professional titles in HVAC, water supply and drainage, electrical, mechanical equipment, welding, automation control, etc.

 Level 2 qualifications in the scope of contracting projects can undertake the construction of electromechanical projects with a single contract value of less than 30 million yuan.
