The net assets of the enterprise are more than 8 million yuan.
Main personnel of the enterprise (1) There should be no less than 8 registered construction engineers specialized in water conservancy and hydropower engineering.
(2) The technical person in charge has more than 5 years of experience in engineering construction technology management, and has an intermediate professional title or above in water conservancy and hydropower engineering related majors or a registered construction engineer qualification in water conservancy and hydropower engineering majors; there should be no less than 10 people with intermediate or above professional titles in water conservancy and hydropower engineering related majors.
(3) There should be no less than 15 construction site management personnel holding job certificates, and there should be complete construction personnel, quality personnel, safety personnel, materials personnel, document personnel, etc.
(4) There shall be no less than 20 skilled workers at intermediate level or above who have passed the assessment or training.
(5) The technical person in charge (or registered construction engineer) has presided over no less than 2 projects that have completed the requirements of Level 2 or above for this category of qualifications. Scope of contracted project
First-level qualifications can undertake the construction of various types of water conservancy and hydropower projects.
Second-level qualifications can undertake the construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects below medium-sized projects and hydraulic structures below building level 3, but the scale of the following projects is limited to the following range: dam height is less than 70 meters, total installed capacity of hydropower stations is less than 150MW, hydraulic tunnel diameter is less than 8 meters (or other types with equal cross-sectional area) and length is less than 1,000 meters, and embankment level is less than level 2.
Level 3 qualifications can undertake the construction of the following water conservancy and hydropower projects with a single contract value of less than 60 million yuan: general contracting of water conservancy and hydropower projects below small (1) type and hydraulic buildings below building level 4, but the following projects are limited to the following scope : The dam height is less than 40 meters, the total installed capacity of the hydropower station is less than 20MW, the total installed capacity of the pumping station is less than 800KW, the diameter of the hydraulic tunnel is less than 6 meters (or other types with equal cross-sectional area) and the length is less than 500 meters, and the embankment level is less than level 3.
Note:
1. Water conservancy and hydropower projects refer to various types of projects (including supporting and ancillary projects) for the purpose of flood control, irrigation, power generation, water supply, waterlogging control, water environment management, etc. The main project contents include: construction of hydraulic buildings (dams, embankments, sluices, spillways, hydraulic tunnels, culverts and culverts, water intake buildings, river regulation buildings, channel buildings, navigation, wood crossings, fish crossing buildings, foundation treatment), hydropower station construction, and water pump station construction. 2. The grade of water conservancy and hydropower projects is determined in accordance with the "Grading Classification and Flood Standards for Water Conservancy and Hydropower Projects" (SL252-2000).
3. Professional titles related to water conservancy and hydropower engineering include water conservancy and hydropower engineering construction, water conservancy engineering construction, farmland water conservancy engineering, hydropower station power equipment, power systems and automation, hydraulics and river dynamics, hydrology and water resources, engineering geology and hydrogeology, water conservancy machinery and other water conservancy and hydropower related professional titles.

(2) The technical person in charge has more than 8 years of experience in engineering construction technology management, and has a senior professional title in water conservancy and hydropower engineering related majors or a first-level registered construction engineer qualification in water conservancy and hydropower engineering majors; there are no less than 30 people with intermediate or above professional titles in water conservancy and hydropower engineering related majors.
(3) There should be no less than 30 construction site management personnel holding job certificates, and there should be complete construction personnel, quality personnel, safety personnel, materials personnel, and document personnel.
(4) There shall be no less than 40 skilled workers at intermediate level or above who have passed the assessment or training.
The company's engineering performance has been undertaken in the past 10 years as general contracting or main project contracting for 3 of the following 7 categories of projects, including at least 1 category of 1 to 2, at least 1 category of 3 to 5, and the quality of the project is qualified.

(2) The technical person in charge has more than 10 years of experience in engineering construction technology management, and has a senior professional title in water conservancy and hydropower engineering related majors; there should be no less than 60 people with intermediate or above professional titles in water conservancy and hydropower engineering related majors.
(3) There should be no less than 50 construction site management personnel holding job certificates, and there should be complete construction personnel, quality personnel, safety personnel, materials personnel, document personnel, etc.
(4) There shall be no less than 70 skilled workers at intermediate level or above who have passed the assessment or training.
In the past 10 years, the company's engineering performance has undertaken general construction contracting or main project contracting for 3 of the following 7 categories of projects, including at least 1 category 1 to 2, at least 1 category 3 to 5, and the project quality is qualified.
