(2) The technical person in charge has more than 10 years of experience in engineering construction technology management, and has senior professional titles related to water conservancy and hydropower engineering; there are no less than 25 people with intermediate or above professional titles in hydraulic turbines, hydroelectric generators, electrical, welding, commissioning, lifting, etc., and all majors are complete.

(3) There are no less than 20 construction site management personnel holding job certificates, and there are complete personnel such as construction workers, quality personnel, safety personnel, materials personnel, and document personnel.

(4) There should be no less than 30 skilled workers at intermediate level or above who have passed the assessment or training.

The company's engineering performance has undertaken the construction of two of the following six categories in the past five years, of which 195 are at least projects listed in Category 1, and the quality of the projects is qualified.

(1) Francis turbine generator sets: 4 units with a single unit capacity of 80MW or more; (2) Axial flow turbine generator units: 2 units with a single unit capacity of 50MW or more or 4 units with a unit capacity of 25MW or more; (3) Tubular flow turbine generator units: 2 units with a single unit capacity of 10MW or more or 4 units above 5MW; (4) Pelton turbine generator sets: 2 units above 10MW or 4 units above 5MW; (5) Pumped storage units: 1 unit above 100MW capacity; (6) Water pump units: 4 units above 500KW capacity.

  Scope of contracted projects 42.4.1 The first-level qualification can undertake the installation projects of various types of hydropower stations and pumping station main engines (various types of hydraulic turbine generator units and water pump units) and their ancillary equipment and electrical equipment of hydropower (pumping) stations.

 Key personnel of the company

(1) There should be no less than 8 first-class registered construction engineers in the port and waterway engineering profession.

(2) The technical person in charge has more than 8 years of experience in engineering construction technology management, and has a senior professional title in port and waterway engineering or a first-class registered construction engineer qualification in port and waterway engineering; there are no less than 30 people with intermediate or above professional titles in the engineering sequence, including port and waterway engineering, machinery, electrical and other majors.

  (3) There should be no less than 15 construction site management personnel holding job certificates, and there should be complete quality personnel, safety personnel and other personnel.

  (4) There shall be no less than 50 skilled workers (including construction crew members) above intermediate level who have passed the assessment or training.

 The company's engineering performance has undertaken the construction of 5 of the following 10 categories of projects in the past 5 years, and the project quality is qualified.

  (1) Terminal projects of 10,000 tons along the coast or 1,000 tons or above in inland rivers;

(2) Shipyard projects above 10,000 tons;

(3) Breakwater projects with water depths greater than 3 meters are over 300 meters long;

(4) Coastal waterway projects of 20,000 tons or inland waterways of 300 tons or more;

(5) Ship locks above 300 tons or ship lift projects above 50 tons;

(6) Dredging projects of more than 2 million cubic meters;

(7) Land reclamation project of more than 1.5 million cubic meters;

(8) Port area storage projects of more than 100,000 square meters along the coast or 50,000 square meters in inland rivers;

(9) Embankment and bank protection projects above 500 meters;

(10) Underwater reef blasting and reef clearing projects of more than 30,000 cubic meters.

 Technical equipment has 2 of the following 5 items of construction machinery and equipment:

  (3) There should be no less than 10 construction site management personnel holding job certificates, and there should be complete quality personnel, safety personnel and other personnel.

  (4) There shall be no less than 30 skilled workers (including construction crew members) above intermediate level who have passed the assessment or training.

  (5) The technical person in charge (or registered construction engineer) has presided over no less than 2 projects that have completed the requirements of Level 2 or above for this category of qualifications.

 Technical equipment has 2 of the following 4 items of construction machinery and equipment:

  (1) Piling ship; (2) Crane ship; (3) Dredger with a total installed power of more than 1,200 kilowatts; (4) Dredger with a bucket capacity of more than 2 cubic meters.
