 Key personnel of the enterprise (1) No less than 2 first-class registered construction engineers majoring in communications and radio and television engineering.

(2) The technical person in charge has more than 5 years of experience in engineering construction technology management, and has an intermediate or above professional title in communications engineering or a first-level registered construction engineer qualification in communications and radio and television engineering; there should be no less than 15 people with intermediate or above professional titles in communications engineering related majors.

  (3) There should be no less than 15 construction site management personnel holding job certificates, and there should be complete construction personnel, quality personnel, safety personnel and other personnel.

  (4) The enterprise has no less than 30 skilled workers at intermediate level or above who have passed the assessment or training. (5) The technical person in charge (or registered construction engineer) has presided over no less than 2 projects that have completed the requirements of Level 2 or above for this category of qualifications.
