Key personnel of the company

(1) There should be no less than 8 registered construction engineers specializing in highway engineering.

(2) The technical person in charge has more than 6 years of experience in engineering construction technology management, and has an intermediate professional title or above in highway engineering related majors or a registered construction engineer qualification in highway engineering majors; there should be no less than 15 people with intermediate or above professional titles in highway engineering related majors.

(3) There are no less than 8 on-site management personnel holding job certificates, and there are complete construction personnel, safety personnel, cost personnel and other personnel.

(4) The enterprise has no less than 15 skilled workers at intermediate level or above who have passed the assessment or training.

(5) The technical person in charge (or registered construction engineer) has presided over no less than 2 projects that have completed the requirements of Level 2 or above for this category of qualifications.

Technical equipment has the following mechanical equipment:

(1) 1 asphalt concrete mixing equipment with a capacity of over 100 tons/hour; (2) 1 cement concrete mixing equipment with a capacity of over 50 cubic meters/hour; (3) 2 asphalt concrete paving equipment with a paving width of over 4.5 meters; (4) 5 rollers with a paving width of over 8 tons; (5) 2 excavators with a capacity of over 1 cubic meter; (6) 2 graders with a capacity of over 120 kilowatts; (7) 1 crane with a paving width of over 30 tons.

(2) The technical person in charge has more than 8 years of experience in engineering construction technology management, and has a senior professional title in highway engineering related majors or a first-level registered construction engineer qualification in highway engineering majors; there should be no less than 50 personnel with intermediate or above professional titles in highway engineering related majors.

(3) There are no less than 15 construction site management personnel holding job certificates, and there are complete construction personnel, safety personnel, cost personnel and other personnel.

(4) There should be no less than 30 skilled workers at intermediate level or above who have passed the assessment or training.

The company's engineering performance has undertaken the construction of the following three types of projects in the past 10 years, and the project quality is qualified.

(1) A total of more than 200 kilometers of roadbeds for grade 3 and above have been built; (2) A total of more than 2 million square meters of road pavements for grade 4 and above (asphalt concrete pavement with a thickness of more than 5 cm or cement concrete pavement with a thickness of more than 20 cm) have been built; (3) A total of more than 4 bridges with a single bridge length ≥100 meters or a single span ≥40 meters have been built.
