The net assets of the enterprise are more than 100 million yuan.

 Key personnel of the company

  (1) There are no less than 12 first-class registered construction engineers in the majors of construction engineering and mechanical and electrical engineering, including no less than 9 first-class registered construction engineers in the construction engineering major.

  (2) The technical person in charge has more than 10 years of experience in engineering construction technology management, and has a senior professional title in structural engineering; there are no less than 30 people with intermediate or above professional titles in construction engineering related majors, and they have complete majors in structure, water supply and drainage, HVAC, electrical and other majors.

  (3) There should be no less than 50 construction site management personnel holding job certificates, and there should be complete construction personnel, quality personnel, safety personnel, mechanics, cost personnel, labor personnel, etc.

  (4) There should be no less than 150 skilled workers with intermediate-level or above qualifications who have passed the assessment or training.

In the past five years, the company's engineering performance has undertaken general contracting6 or main project contracting for two of the following four categories of projects, and the project quality is qualified.

  (1) One civil construction project with more than 25 floors above ground or two civil construction projects with 18-24 floors above ground;

 (2) One structural project with a height of more than 100 meters or two structural projects with a height of 80-100 meters (exclusive);

  (3) One single industrial or civil construction project with a construction area of more than 30,000 square meters or two single industrial or civil construction projects with a construction area of 20,000 to 30,000 square meters (exclusive);

 (4) One construction project with a reinforced concrete structure with a single span of more than 30 meters (or a steel structure with a single span of more than 36 meters) or two construction projects with a reinforced concrete structure with a single span of 27-30 meters (exclusive) (or a steel structure with a single span of 30-36 meters (exclusive)).

 Scope of contracted project

Level 1 qualifications can undertake the construction of the following construction projects9 with a single contract value of more than 30 million yuan:

(1) Industrial and civil construction projects with a height of less than 200 meters; (2) Structural projects with a height of less than 240 meters.

 Note:

1. Construction projects refer to civil construction projects, industrial construction projects, structure projects of various structural forms, and supporting facilities such as roads, communications, pipe networks and pipelines. The project content includes foundation and foundation, main structure, building roof, decoration, building curtain wall, attached civil air defense project, water supply and drainage, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, electrical, fire protection, lightning protection and other supporting projects.

2. Professional titles related to construction engineering include structural, water supply and drainage, HVAC, electrical and other professional titles.

3. The construction of construction projects with a single contract value of less than 30 million yuan and exceeding the scope of the second-level general contracting qualification for construction projects shall be undertaken by enterprises with first-level general contracting qualifications for construction projects.

General Contracting Qualification Standard Secondary Qualification Standard

 Main personnel of the enterprise (1) There are no less than 12 professional registered construction engineers in construction engineering and mechanical and electrical engineering, including no less than 9 professional registered construction engineers in construction engineering.

(2) The technical person in charge has more than 8 years of experience in engineering construction technology management, and has a senior professional title in structure or a first-class registered construction engineer qualification in construction engineering; there are no less than 15 people with intermediate professional titles of 7 or above in construction engineering related majors, and they have complete majors in structure, water supply and drainage, HVAC, electrical and other majors.

  (3) There should be no less than 30 construction site management personnel holding job certificates, and there should be complete construction personnel, quality personnel, safety personnel, mechanics, cost personnel, labor personnel, etc.

  (4) There shall be no less than 75 skilled workers at intermediate level or above who have passed the assessment or training.

 The enterprise's project performance has been undertaken as general contracting or main project contracting for two of the following four categories of projects in the past five years, and the project quality is qualified.

  (1) One civil construction project with more than 12 floors above ground or two civil construction projects with 8-11 floors above ground;

 (2) One structural project with a height of over 50 meters or two structural projects with a height of 35-50 meters (exclusive);

  (3) One single industrial or civil construction project with a construction area of more than 10,000 square meters or two single industrial or civil construction projects with a construction area of 6,000 to 10,000 square meters (exclusive);

 (4) One construction project with a reinforced concrete structure with a single span of more than 21 meters (or a steel structure with a single span of more than 24 meters) or two construction projects with a reinforced concrete structure with a single span of 18-21 meters (exclusive) (or a steel structure with a single span of 21-24 meters (exclusive)).

General Contracting Qualification Standards Level Three Qualification Standards

The net assets of the enterprise are more than 8 million yuan.

 Main personnel of the enterprise (1) There are no less than 5 professional registered construction engineers in construction engineering and mechanical and electrical engineering, among which there are no less than 4 registered construction engineers in the construction engineering profession.

(2) The technical person in charge has more than 5 years of experience in engineering construction technology management, and has an intermediate professional title or above in structural engineering or a registered construction engineer qualification in construction engineering; there are no less than 6 people with intermediate or above professional titles in construction engineering related majors, and they have a complete range of majors in structure, water supply and drainage, electrical and other majors.

  (3) There should be no less than 15 construction site management personnel holding job certificates, and there should be complete construction personnel, quality personnel, safety personnel, mechanics, cost personnel, labor personnel, etc.

  (4) There shall be no less than 30 skilled workers at intermediate level or above who have passed the assessment or training.

  (5) The technical person in charge (or registered construction engineer) has presided over no less than 2 projects that have completed the requirements of Level 2 or above for this category of qualifications.
