Chongqing Bureau held a symposium on the 10th anniversary of the implementation of intellectual property strategy

 Li Leiting, Director of Chongqing Intellectual Property Office, attended the meeting. Deputy Director Li Yufeng presided over the meeting. Li Leiting pointed out that in the past ten years, Chongqing’s comprehensive intellectual property capabilities have significantly improved, and all aspects of intellectual property creation capabilities, application levels, environmental protection, and service management systems have made great progress, providing favorable guarantees for promoting the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, transforming economic development methods, and building a supportive intellectual property strong city. He said that it is necessary to fully affirm the development achievements made in the ten years of strategy implementation, carefully analyze the successful experience and existing problems in strategy implementation, and more importantly, seize opportunities and comprehensively do a good job in further implementing the strategy. He emphasized that there should be new changes in work concepts, new breakthroughs in service fields, and new atmosphere in working mechanisms, advocating the innovation culture with intellectual property value as the core as the main line, using the implementation of intellectual property strategy as the carrier, and deepening the reform in the field of intellectual property as the breakthrough point to open up all links of intellectual property creation, protection, application and management, improve the quality of intellectual property creation, promote the realization of intellectual property value, optimize the intellectual property protection environment, and accelerate the construction of a strong intellectual property city.

At the meeting, Li Yufeng reported on Chongqing’s ten-year implementation of the intellectual property strategy. Representatives at the meeting made exchanges and speeches on the implementation of the intellectual property strategy of their units, and put forward opinions and suggestions on accelerating the construction of a strong intellectual property city, promoting high-quality development, and creating high-quality life.
