 3. Create copies of the complete set of documents of the U.S. company;

 Annual review time for U.S. companies

 The annual review time for U.S. companies is usually one year after the company is registered and established. The American Association will notify you when it is time for annual inspection.

Annual review fees for U.S. companies

 (a) If you register a U.S. company and do not operate in the U.S. and have no trade dealings with the U.S., you do not need to make accounts and pay taxes. However, if you have to file a tax return, you can make a zero declaration. The annual inspection fees vary from state to state in the United States. In California, for example, the annual government fee that must be paid is only US$800 in federal taxes. In New York it is US$1,100.

 (b) If you register a U.S. company and operate it in the United States: You will have to pay taxes when you incur expenses, and you need a U.S. accountant to do the accounting. This association can handle it for you. The fees will depend on the company's income. (Usually 8%-10% of the profit)
